Serviced Lets Manager
I joined CityLets in 2022 as Serviced Lets Manager. I have 6 years’ experience of working in the travel industry, which includes managing the reservations team at the largest Serviced Lets company in York.
I oversee the management of our luxury short lets business and manage the day to day running of the department and team. Brand development and expansion is my ultimate goal, while maintaining great relationships with our current landlords and ensuring that their properties achieve maximum yield. I have a very varied role, it’s definitely true that no two days are ever the same, but I excel in this kind of environment.
Outside of work, I live a very quiet life in the country but feel that I have the best of both worlds by also being able to enjoy the buzz of York city centre during working hours. When the weather is nice, I enjoy playing tennis outside and going for walks.
Leanne Dalley BA Hons ARLA
Having joined CityLets York in 2014 as a property manager, Leanne has worked her way up to become Senior Negotiator and is ARLA qualified. She has extensive knowledge of the York lettings market and is a highly valued member of the team.
Leanne fulfils a hectic role, juggling between overseeing the letting process of new and existing properties, meeting with new tenants, liaising with landlords and ensuring all paperwork is completed to meet compliance requirements.
Her impressive knowledge, effortless charm and ability to deal with the most complicated issues are what set Leanne apart. She is a lover of people and enjoys getting to know so many great personalities from such a varied range of backgrounds.
Karen Robertson ARLA
I have worked for CityLets York since January of 2014. I manage the process of offer stage to tenancy commencement, organising contracts, referencing, inventories ensuring that the tenancy is fully compliant with the industry regulations to protect the my clients best interest. I have excellent attention to detail. I also handle accounts and property management.
My role is all about multi-tasking, and my work ethic is always founded on going the extra mile to support colleagues and customer alike.
I take great pleasure to see the letting process move smoothly for both tenants and landlords, aiming for no less than a stress-free and smooth completion.
I am also ARLA qualified.
In my free time I can be found spending time with family, friends and my cat.
Service Lets Coordinator
I joined CityLets in 2018 in the serviced let’s department and have over 15 years’ experience in the travel industry. I enjoy being involved in all aspects of the business, from pricing, enquiries, payments and property maintenance, to liaising with guests, landlords and agents in the travel market place.
I love the city of York and working with partners to promote it, helping to provide people with great places to stay and experience all that the city has to offer.
Senior Property Manager
Following a career in the property industry which has involved 10+ years of Property Management, Pam joined CityLets York in early 2017 and takes care of managing a portfolio of rental properties across York. Pam looks after both the needs of landlords and tenants to ensure both parties are receiving the service they expect. Any queries relating to the properties are overseen by Pam, always striving to provide a swift and effective solution.
From arranging repairs and upkeep on behalf of tenants, to communicating with landlords and keeping them up to date with changes, Pam really enjoys the variety her role brings. Not knowing what the day might throw at you is something that keeps Pam on her toes and the challenge of keeping our customers happy through successfully resolving their needs is what she finds most fulfilling.
Out of work, Pam enjoys a relaxing lifestyle, reading books, walking the dogs in the countryside and visiting new places.
