There is an elevator to all floors. For drivers, there is ample parking nearby (including at the York Castle Museum just 5 minutes away – only £2 overnight from 18.00 – 08.00) and the impressive York railway station (less than 2 hours from London) is only 10-15 minutes’ walk (about 0.5 miles / 0.8 km).
The spacious hallway leads to two large bedrooms, the larger of which has a full
en-suite bathroom. There is a further family bathroom, also accessed from the hall. Both bathrooms are light and airy, and offer everything you will need.
