Residential Lets

Mr English, a new property investor, wanted to build a portfolio of properties after selling his business. Mr English purchased a number of apartments that are currently let on a combination of residential lets, corporate lets and serviced apartments. In order to maximise the large investment CityLets York advised on the rental return of each apartment, the potential target market and how to maximise the rental income.  Support from CityLets York was also provided by fully furnishing most of the apartments and setting up the block management of a small development.
