At CityLets York we appreciate that everyone’s needs are different. What suits one property owner will not necessarily suit another.
We offer 2 distinctly different service packages depending on how involved you’d like us to be in the promotion of your property. Both packages have an initial sign up fee of £295 inclusive of VAT which includes professional photography of your property with one of York’s leading property photographers. Agency Plus – 19% + VAT of gross weekly rental
Our premiere package. Rest assured, working with us on this basis means you won’t have to worry about a thing. We take care of everything from marketing your property to processing bookings to dealing with your guests’ needs. CityLets York are the contact point for your guests during their stay and we will ensure all runs smoothly.
Booking Only – 14% + VAT of gross weekly rental
This is ideal for York based owners who wish to manage their own bookings. With this service, we will advertise your property on our websites, process bookings and payments on your behalf, you will then be responsible for checking in guests and ensuring that they have an enjoyable stay.
