Not everyone can view properties within office hours, so here at CityLets York we offer flexible viewing times to fit into your timetable. Viewing can be arranged for daytime, evenings and weekends (please ask for details). All viewings are subject to availability of access to properties.

Central office location
Our centrally located office is friendly and accessible and tenants are always welcome to come in and talk to us about their requirements and complete any administration and payment.
We guarantee you will always receive a warm welcome at our office from our staff and hopefully you will have time for a coffee too.
On-going support
Because we also manage a large percentage of the properties we let, tenants can have the reassurance of regular inspections, responsive and on-line maintenance reporting and knowledgeable staff on hand to offer support and advice.
